1. Course Access:
By enrolling your child, you gain access to all Kids Track materials—including live sessions, materials, and learning resources—for the full 3-month duration of the program.

2. Payment Terms:
The Kids Track is a one-time payment. Pricing will be shown at checkout.

3. Refund and Commitment:
You may request a full refund within 7 days from the program start date.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

4. Use of Materials:
All course materials are for personal use only.
Redistribution, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibility:
A parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment.
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions and follows the program guidelines.

6. Privacy:
We take children’s privacy seriously. Your child’s information is used only for course communication and essential updates from Lingorabia, in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Account Access:
Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their child’s login credentials and monitoring their use.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

8. Technical Requirements:
You are responsible for ensuring your child has the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection to participate in live sessions and access all course content.

9. Course Participation:
Active participation is encouraged to ensure a positive learning experience.
Lingorabia is not responsible for missed sessions due to student absence.

10. Liability:
Lingorabia’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Kids Track.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual Property:
All course content is the intellectual property of Lingorabia.
Content may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

12. Marketing and Testimonials:
By enrolling, you agree that your child’s progress or feedback may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

13. Safety and Conduct:
Parents must ensure that their child behaves respectfully in live sessions. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

14. Force Majeure:
Lingorabia is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or service disruptions.

15. Changes:
We reserve the right to update course content or these terms. Parents will be notified of any major changes that affect participation.
